Care

Hand washing is recommended. Microwave use is not recommended. All tableware items are food safe.

Pieces decorated with gold or mother of pearl luster are not microwave safe. Hand wash only.

Please gently heat up cups or mugs with warm water before filling with hot liquid. Sudden dramatic shifts in temperature can cause thermal shock and cracking.

Objet Aimée is not responsible for replacing or refunding pieces that are damaged from impact or use.

Shipping

Objects will be shipped via USPS or DHL International within 2 to 4 business days.

Customers within the United States will be charged $11 for shipping plus an additional $6 for each additional item. Once the shipping cost is calculated, overages will be refunded.

Please note, international customers will be initially charged $100 USD for shipping. An additional $35 USD will be added for each additional item. Once the shipping cost is calculated, overages will be refunded.

**International shipping is currently on pause due to high shipping rates. Please contact objetaimee@gmail.com if you are an international shopper and would like to make a purchase or inquire about a shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees. If a delivery is refused, the receiver is still responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and / or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Objet Aimée is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**Please note that all our packaging is recyclable, wherever possible. After shipping labels and fragile stickers are removed, all packaging can be included in household paper or cardboard recycling (this includes our recyclable tape!).

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade objects, returns are not accepted unless there is an issue with your purchase.

If any piece is damaged during shipping please notify Aimee within 5 days and send a photo of the object and packaging to objetaimee@gmail.com. You will either be reimbursed or the pieces will be remade, depending on preference and availability :)
