Seeking a poetry of the practical, Aimee works with process, pattern and form to create functional objects.

     Aimee is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a background in Textile Design, Spanish and Philosophy.  She has designed for several textile companies in New York, worked as a studio assistant for Margo Wolowiec and participated in Artist in Residence programs in Brooklyn, New York, Oaxaca, Mexico and Vallauris, France. Most recently, she was a studio technician at Gasworks NYC and taught block printing classes at the Textile Arts Center.

     Aimee is the founder of Well Seeming Forms and co-founder of Cream of Leftover. She also designs prints for Hanamaru. Aimee now lives and works in Portland, Maine.
